This evening an excellent Band will be entertaining our guests, playing the Greatest Hits from performers such as The Beatles, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Diana Ross, Abba, Carlos Santana and many more.

Fried foie gras and a foie gras parfait in coconut crumbs, hazelnuts in salty caramel, lobster caramel froth, brioche

Smoked Tiger shrimps

on green pea puree, bell pepper culis and chorizo chip

Chestnut cream soup

with marinated pear and pear froth

Lamb chops with thyme sauce

mushroom and potato gratin, forest mushrooms in wine and thyme,        zucchini spaghetti
